Thanks very much for taking the time to come and train the staff. Really comprehensive! They all enjoyed it and it got them thinking about what we are trying to do. Some great ideas for the summer gin bar menu! It's a shame I couldn't drink but enjoyed the nosing and it was very knowledgeable all the same. I'm sure I'll make up for it next time!
