Cork's first artisan gin and vodka distillery, St Patrick's in Cork, has launched a lower calorie, gluten-free gin. While most spirits are produced from grain, St Patrick's Distillery has rekindled the tradition of using Ireland's staple potato crop. This grain-free process means the end product is completely gluten-free, with fewer sugars. It is the perfect choice of tipple for coeliacs! It retails at €45 with a 40% ABV.
