World Class UK Bartender of the Year Crowned

James Fowler from the Larder House Bar in Bournemouth has been crowned the World Class UK Bartender of the Year 2014. His winning cocktail - which will now be served to First Class passengers on British Airways flights - is made with Ketel One vodka, Butterfly Absinthe, Pacharan sloe liquer, Lepanto OV brandy, and is garnished with serrano ham slices and burnt clementine-infused arbequina oil. Every year, the best-in-class cocktails created during the World Class Global Final use the finest spirits from the Diageo Reserve luxury collection, including Tanqueray No 10 gin.
