Ginfographic 2015

With Gin Foundry's compact Ginfographic in its second year, we can see trends emerging on gin preferences, purchasing, consumption and the craft movement. Highlights include: Monkey 47 is the 'coolest' brand; G&T is still the favourite gin cocktail; Fever Tree remains top of the tonics; 35% of respondents have between 5 and 10 different gin brands at home; £40 is the tipping point for buying premium gin; barrel-aged gins are in demand; and - in a significant step-change from last year - over 55% of those surveyed expect to be asked which gin they would like when they order a G&T in the pub.
