A modern twist on summer drinking is currently making its debut in Harvey Nichols stores UK-wide - and elbowing Pimm's Summer Cup out of the way in the process. The Wingfield aperitif is a blend of London Dry Gin, cucumber, pink grapefruit, elderflower, citrus fruits and spices. With the scent of gardens, it captures quintessential summer flavours and is lauded as a sophisticated alternative to Pimm's or Aperol. The Wingfield is versatile and can be served chilled, on the rocks or as The Wingfield Spritz, which is topped with soda water and garnished with orange twist. It retails at £34 for a 70cl bottle at 23.3% vol.
