Solway Classic Gin

Solway Spirits is a micro distillery which uses British suppliers. With their rectification column they produce only fifty bottles per batch, each bottled and labelled by hand. Solway Classic Gin pays homage to the Old Tom style of gin, with a slightly sweeter profile, while the Dry Gin is in the style of a London Dry. The taste builds with citrus and finishes with piney juniper. The team also produces liqueurs at 28% vol using traditional methods: first they take the finest spirits, then forage the local hedgerows for the best quality fruit to make their three styles.
