At first, Peel Farm in Angus used the berry juices left over from its jam making to make a Raspberry Gin. With this liqueur gin such a success, they have added to their range with a Mulled Gin at a higher alcohol volume. This is infused with cinnamon and other spices for three months on average, and hand-turned every day. This is also known as Gunshot Gin.
