Peel Farm in Angus first started using the berry juices left over from its jam making to make flavoured raspberry gin. Now, following a 17th century Scottish recipe, several gins are made using locally-grown berries compounded with grain gins from Perthshire and Angus. They are infused for three months on average, and hand-turned every day. Gins in the range include: Raspberry; Strawberry; Blueberry; Rhubarb; Chilli; and Amaretto.
Distilled in Forfar, Angus, Scotland.
