Daffy's Gin

Named after the goddess of gin, Daffy's is created from French grain spirit and distilled in the same manner as malt whisky on an ancient single-batch copper pot still. The botanicals are a combination of the traditional and the new - which includes Lebanese mint and rare-variety lemons. This brings a cool freshness to Daffy's, complementing toffee, spice and caramel notes. The Edinburgh-based team crafted it to be served neat over ice, or as a D&T with fresh mint and lime. To celebrate the 2016 racing season, the Daffy's Gin team created its first limited edition gin - Manor Racing Gin. Sponsoring Manor Racing, the quest was to make a fresh and citrus-forward gin using nine botanicals from round the world. Their second limited edition gin is a Red Gooseberry gin, in collaboration with Red Magazine.
