Edinburgh Raspberry Gin

Created by Spencerfield Spirit, the makers of Edinburgh Gin, using Perthshire raspberries. Reputedly they chose this over the damson and sloe versions. It has intense, jammy raspberry with some vanilla notes and is not unlike raspberry ripple ice-cream. On the palate the rapberry is fruity and slightly tart. Recommended with Prosecco, Cava, soda water or lemonade.

Drink gin responsibly. Ginebriation is not a good look.
