It is distilled, bottled and labelled in North Berwick using a handmade small batch process, producing no more than 100 litres at a time. The still combines new and old – a bespoke pot still with a traditionally handmade copper head, complemented by sensitive and highly accurate, manually operated controls. The team also produces a Navy Strength gin at 57%.
