Named after the distillers, Philip and Simon Thompson, this gin is the first limited edition release from Dornoch distillery. It features a selection of botanicals which have been chosen with help from the feedback they received from their Experimental Batches series. Ten per cent of the base spirit is made from Organic Plumage Archer Barley.
