Sichuan Pepper Gin

Sichuan Pepper Gin is a rice-based spirit - and with the rice hand-picked from Thailand, it is designed to showcase the beauty of South East Asia. Other botanicals include Sichuan pepper, ginger, galangal and lemongrass, and it is finished with just a kiss of Thai honey. Created by husband and wife team from Kentucky and Turkey, they fell in love with Singapore four years ago and wanted to use ingredients local to the region to create a complex yet delicately spiced gin. The recommended perfect serve is soda water with a dash of lime.
