The Buccleuch & Queensberry Arms Hotel, based in the picturesque market town of Thornhill, has teamed up with fellow local business The Creative Whisky Company - which specialises in exclusive, single cask, single malt whiskies - to produce two house brands: one for whisky and one for gin. One of only the few barrel-aged gins in Scotland, this London Dry style is aged for three months in an oak whisky barrel.
This gin is distilled under contract; it is not known where.
