Dalton distillery was set up to create gin which is based on a scientific understanding of how different flavour compounds work and interact with each other. The result is Oro; a classical style Scottish Dry Gin, starting with robust notes of juniper with a zingy citrus body and dry finish. The team has also produced Oro V; a modern style of gin where the juniper is tempered by lavender. The distillery offers tastings and tours and is available for private bookings.
