Friends Emma and Jo shared a love of gin and wanted to create a locally-foraged gin, using a range of botanicals from the East Lothian coast. They purchased a five litre still and named it Sadie - and the Fidra Gin journey began. It is made in small batches and infused with heady botanicals hand-picked from the local sand dunes, seashore and hedgerows.
