The Old Curiosity Gins were founded by the owners of the Secret Herb Garden botanical nursery at the foot of the Pentland Hills. This is where the team grow, pick and dry their herbs in order to infuse the gins. It is said that despite the colour of the gin in the bottle, each one turns a different shade of pink when tonic is added.
