Old Poison is a Scottish speakeasy craft distillery in the heart of Edinburgh. Selkie Gin is produced in ‘Aurora’, a small 30 litre copper pot still, using the traditional hand-crafted small-batch methods.The Selkie name refers to the mythological Selkies – the Orcadian dialect for seal. These alluring shape-shifting creatures live as seals in the water but shed their skins to become human form on dry land. This classic gin is juniper-forward with woodiness, spice and some notes of citrus.
