Summerhall Distillery has created a new gin specially for HMY Britannia - the former royal yacht that has been turned into a tourist attraction moored in Edinburgh. The team behind Pickering's Gin has balanced the breadth of botanicals to create a citrus-forward, sweet and slightly spicy gin, designed to capture 'a million nautical miles in a glass'.
Distilled under contract in Edinburgh, Lothians, Scotland.
