The team behind Fortwilliam’s hip delicatessan, Deli Craft, have created a gin to reflect their local area with a fresh, earthy taste. Plans are progressing for them to open a bistro in the town with a brewery and distillery so that beer and gin can be made on site. The label features the Sleeping Lady mountain range known to locals.
