A Stirling Gin

 

The husband and wife team behind Stirling Gin wanted to bring something local to their spirit - and settled on hand-foraged Stirlingshire nettles to give it what they feel is the right amount of spice. Created in a tiny still called 'Jinty', the final product is now distilled in Glasgow while a bigger still is in the pipeline. It retails at £32.00 for 70cl and weighs in at 43% vol.
