Chilli Gin

In what is believed to be a Scottish first, Angus-based Gin Bothy is due to release a chilli-infused gin to warm us up over the winter months. The team is passionate about maximising the potential offered by Scotland's forage calendar and has specially chosen chillies from Fife. Adding to their popular Raspberry Gin and Mulled Gin offer, this marks a shift from the sweeter gin liqueurs to a more complex profile. All of the gins make ideal pairings for food, which is a current trend in the category. The gin is distilled in Peel Farm near Lintrathen Loch. Price and ABV to be confirmed on launch.
