Gin Launched by Four Siblings Born in 1990s

A new contemporary craft gin - Sibling Triple Distilled Gin - has been launched this summer by brothers and sisters from the Elliot-Berry family in Cheltenham: Felix, 22; Clarice, 20; Cicely, 18; and Digby, 15. Which presumably means Digby isn't old enough to browse his own website?! At the outset, they decided that vapour infusion was the best way to keep the flavours delicate enough to create the perfect balance. They went on to design their own Carterhead still from glass and stainless steel to achieve complete purity in the vodka base. The gin consists of notes of blueberry, vanilla, orange and lemon, with juniper and coriander. Local water is used in the distillation process. The luxury department store chain Harvey Nichols is one of the first outfits to stock the gin across the UK and Ireland. The gin is bottled at 42% ABV and retails at £32.00.
